Hey fplks…
Anyone else run into this with Zelle? My family member always tries to send money to her daughter with Zelle, but for some reason, she can’t do it. However, she has no problem sending money to me. So she usually sends it to me, and I forward it to her daughter.
I didn’t think much of it since it’s always less than $100, but now I’m curious. Why can I send money to her daughter, but she can’t?
Anyone else had this problem or know what might be causing it? Any tips or advice would be awesome

then before sending money, make sure the recipient is who they say they are. Watch out for phishing schemes.
I once faced a similar issue with Zelle when I was trying to send money to a friend but could only successfully transfer to family members. After some investigation, I found that the problem often stems from mismatches in the phone number or email address linked to the Zelle accounts, or issues with bank account settings. It’s also possible that the recipient’s bank has specific restrictions or issues that need resolving. I would suggest checking the email or phone number associated with the Zelle account, ensuring it’s correct, and contacting Zelle’s support or the bank for assistance if the problem persists.
