I’m facing a bit of a frustrating situation with my Citizens Bank account and was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. For the past few hours, I haven’t been able to access my account online or through the mobile app. Every time I try to log in, I get an error message saying my account is temporarily unavailable.
I’ve checked my internet connection, and everything seems fine on my end. I’m starting to get worried because I have pending transactions and bills to pay. Has anyone encountered this issue before with Citizens Bank or any other bank? What could be causing this? Should I be concerned about the security of my account?
