Synchrony Bank owes me $1200, and I’ve contacted them three times asking for a check because they don’t offer online transfers. Every time, they act like I never made the request, even denying I contacted them at all. They keep telling me the check is ‘in process,’ but when I follow up, they say it was never processed. Has anyone dealt with this? Any advice would help.
That’s strange. I thought they offered online transfers, but it’s been a while since I used them. You could try doing an ACH pull from another bank account to get your money out instead.

I’m not sure what ACH means. They told me they don’t do online transfers at all, just checks. So I called them directly to ask.
@Marlow
ACH is like a direct transfer. If Synchrony doesn’t allow online transfers, you could log into another bank account, add your Synchrony account info, and pull the money out from there. Might be worth a try.
@Akira
I didn’t know you could do that! They have all these weird rules about transfers, so I’ll check if that works. Thanks for the tip!
