I recently switched to Chase, which supposedly offers early pay, but I’m not receiving my paycheck early. My employer (also a bank) says it’s on Chase, and Chase is saying it’s my employer’s issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks!
Which Chase account do you have? Only certain accounts offer early deposit. Usually, it’s only available on specific types, not all.

I have the Premier Plus account.

That could be the issue. From Chase’s website, it looks like early pay isn’t available on the Premier Plus account.
@Frank
I was advised by Chase that it would be eligible. This matters to me because my bill payments often don’t clear over weekends.

Their website has a list of eligible accounts. Here’s the link for reference: https://www.chase.com/personal/banking/education/basics/early-direct-deposit.
Don’t stress too much over it. Early pay usually only affects the timing for the first paycheck.
The Premier Plus account at Chase doesn’t support early pay.
Chase doesn’t actually offer early pay in the way some banks do, so it may be better to plan around the standard payday.
