Fraud Dispute Older than 60 Days

While I was in jail, $10k was stolen from my Chime account. Someone requested a replacement card, took it from my mailbox, activated it, and spent $5,700 while withdrawing $4,300. It was my SSDI money, and I’m devastated and worried that Chime won’t refund it. The transactions happened in June and July, but I only reported it 8 days ago when I found out. Am I out of luck?
