Totally understand your frustration! Being on hold for an hour with any bank, especially a new one, is rough. Try their chat support or social media for faster help. Hang in there, staffing shortages cause long waits everywhere.
The disaster they’ve created is beyond belief. Tomorrow, I’m going to the branch to check things out. I’m leaving as a customer as soon as I open a new account with a nearby credit union that offers a better rate, regardless of what occurs tomorrow.
