When a card is ready to expire, does Woodforest immediately send a new one to the mailing address on file? My own expires in April, and I am not sure why.

Why not contact Woodforest Bank for assistance?
Woodforest usually sends a new debit card automatically before yours expires, right to your mailing address on file. If it’s close to April and you still haven’t seen a new one, or if you moved and forgot to update your address, then contact Woodforest to be safe. Their number is easy to find online
Every bank I’ve used does the same.
Normally, card issuers send a replacement card before it expires. You should get yours in March. If you haven’t, sign up for USPS Informed Delivery, a free service that emails daily images of expected 1st class mail and tracks packages.
