I’ve been trying to log into my SBI account, but whenever I enter my details, it says my password has expired and I need to change it. So, I change it, get a message saying it’s successful, but then when I try to log in again, it just asks me to change my password once more. I’ve done this five times now, and I still can’t get in. Can someone help me figure out what’s wrong?

Clear your online browser’s cache, and then close the website or app on your phone. Open it again and try to log in again. You could also try a different browser, since some banking sites are weird and will only work with Chrome or Edge.

If clearing the cache doesn’t work, try logging in through your browser’s incognito mode.
This bypasses any saved data that might be causing problems. @Barbara
