Which banks have the best sites/apps?

I appreciate a well-designed app or website. While it’s not the main reason I’d choose a bank, I use Discover and Citibank, and the difference is huge. Discover is fast and user-friendly, while Citi’s app and site often freeze or have glitches.

Which banks have you had good or bad experiences with? Why can’t they all get it right?

Hello Shalom, I recommend Lumin Digital is rapidly growing in the credit union sector and is impressive—far better than Q2. It’s great to see platforms like Q2, Voyix, and Alkami gaining ground over the outdated Fiserv systems that feel stuck in the early 2000s.

Hey, From my end i will recommend Capital One bank since it offers a user-friendly digital platform, competitive credit cards with rewards, and high-yield savings accounts. Its unique Capital One Cafés provide a relaxed banking experience, and the bank is known for easy online banking and strong customer-focused features.

Hello, On this i will recommend Alliant Credit Union since it offers competitive benefits, including high-interest rates on savings accounts, no monthly fees, and a robust online banking platform. Members enjoy easy access to nationwide ATMs and a user-friendly mobile app. It’s a strong option for those seeking lower fees and higher returns.

Hello, What if you try Citibank , It has a range of benefits, including a global presence, excellent travel and rewards credit cards, and competitive high-yield savings accounts. It also provides robust digital banking features, making it easy to manage finances through their app and online platform.
