I’m considering opening an account with PNC Bank and would love to hear your experiences. What’s been your experience with their customer service, fees, and overall banking features? Are there any specific pros or cons I should be aware of?
Any detailed reviews or insights would be really helpful!
I am in good financial shape 90% of the time because of their virtual wallet.
I can see how much money I have because I can enter all of my automatic payments and upcoming invoices into their calendar. Even if I have two thousand dollars in my checking account, 1500 dollars of that will go toward paying my several expenses through my virtual wallet.
Additionally, it has been months since I have had to write a check because PNC will send a complimentary check to the location and account number you provide, which will arrive on the day you designate, for any place that accepts checks for payment.
I had a loan from PNC for a car. The worst bank customer service I’ve ever had was with this one because they didn’t have a branch near me. Because I don’t have checks and this was my only account with PNC, I called six times to pay my auto-loan over the phone. Every time, it took 45 minutes. It was so bad that I refinanced my car with my credit union at the same rate just to get rid of that problem.
PNC Bank offers a mix of pros and cons. It’s known for its branch network and digital banking but has faced criticism for fees and inconsistent customer service. Consider comparing it to other banks and reading recent customer reviews before deciding.
