Hey guys, has anyone else been having trouble with the Wells Fargo app lately? Yesterday morning, I tried logging in as usual but got a message saying ‘we are not able to complete your sign-on request,’ and it’s still happening.

I’ve already cleared my cache, and my phone was on high-speed Wi-Fi, so I don’t think it’s a network issue. Any advice or similar experiences?

Got it, was about to suggest the same thing. Use your phone’s browser to log in to the website instead of the app. If you still can’t log in, it might be an account issue, so give the bank a call to get it sorted. But if you can log in through the website, the problem might be with the app on your phone. You could try uninstalling and then reinstalling it to see if that helps.

Alright, I managed to log in via the website. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it’s still not working for me. Not sure what’s going on. I guess I’ll stick to using the website for now.
