Does anyone have knowledge of Texas Capital’s HYSA? Since both USAA and NFCU are very inexpensive, we are searching for a good one and would want to stay away from CDs (in case of emergency). I do not seem to locate much information about TCB, however they seem to offer a decent rate (5% APY). They have been in business since 1998 and are FDIC insured, I discovered, but there does not seem to be much of a social media presence or posts about them there.

I use their HYSA (Bask Bank). Has worked fine

Hey, just so you know, they were involved in that Bill Hwang Archegos mess. Archegos had a hidden 20% stake in them and was playing games with their stock. I’ve heard whispers that some big shots at Texas Capital Bank might have had a hand in it too, but that part’s not confirmed.
