Received money via Remitly, but balance hasn’t updated?

I recently received some money sent from the UK to India, and while my account statement shows that the money arrived, my account balance hasn’t increased. Is this a glitch? This has happened twice now, and I’m not sure what’s going on.

I’ve had the same issue when getting money from the US to the UK. Still trying to figure out what’s causing it.

It’s so odd, right? It shows the money was received, but the balance isn’t reflecting it at all.
