Help! How Do You Change Your Name on Zelle?

Hey everyone,

I recently got married and need to update my name on Zelle. I’ve been poking around the app but can’t seem to find where to do it. Has anyone done this before? Any step-by-step advice would be awesome!

To find out more about modifying the name linked to your account for Zelle transactions, get in touch with your bank’s customer care by phone or in person at a branch.

  1. Open the Zelle app or visit the Zelle website.
  2. Navigate to the “Settings” section of your account.
  3. Look for the “Personal Information” tab.
  4. Edit your name and save the changes.
