Hey all,
I’m having some trouble with my CreditOne credit card, and I’m hoping someone here might have some advice. The balance, limit, and available credit on my card just don’t match up, and it’s not a timing issue since I rarely use the card. Right now, there’s a $213 difference between what should be available and what it shows is available.
To make things even weirder, it shows a “credit limit for cash” that’s $329 more than what’s available for credit. None of these numbers add up, and the only activity on the card in the past month was a $75 payment last week. Even including that payment, the numbers still don’t make sense.
I’ve tried to find a way to contact them through their website, but it looks like the only option is to send mail to a PO Box?!? I saw a similar question on this subreddit, but it was archived, and the responses were mostly “they probably lowered your limit.” But if that were the case, wouldn’t it show the lower limit? And why would the cash limit be higher?
Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what might be going on or how I can get in touch with them? Thanks

It might be a display issue related to system maintenance. Check again later this morning to see if it resolves.
I’m unsure if all transactions are listed together or if pending items appear separately. If they are listed separately, be sure to click on that section.
If the problem persists, log in and review your most recent statement thoroughly, including the message section where updates and changes are often noted. Do the same for the previous statement.
If you’re still having trouble, call the number on the back of your card or on your statement. Avoid searching online for company phone numbers due to potential scammers.
Since you rarely use the card, this might be a factor. Some cards charge a monthly fee after the first year. You might have missed a payment, though you’d likely be aware of that. Again, review your recent statements to confirm or check your credit reports via AnnualCreditReport.com (the official site) or Credit Karma (more convenient).

Pointing out the differences doesn’t really help us get a clear picture of the situation. However, I do remember calling them before and feeling like they lied to me. Their cards have a poor setup, with the annual fee charged monthly and interest accumulating daily rather than starting after the statement cycle due date.
