Can not log in to Regions Bank on the desktop

I am having trouble logging into my Regions Bank account on the desktop version of their website. I have tried clearing my browser cache and resetting my password, but I am still unable to access my account. Has anyone else experienced similar issues or have any suggestions for resolving this?
