Hi everyone, I’ve been waiting for my Payoneer virtual card for the past two weeks. It got rejected three times, even though I submitted different utility bills each time. Today, I sent a bank statement instead, and right after that, my balance was disabled.
I’m from Argentina and work for a Ukrainian company that pays in USD. The documents I submitted had all the required information, yet they kept rejecting them.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried reaching out to customer support, but they weren’t helpful. They just told me it was a security procedure and that I need to wait for an email update.
I have my payment stuck there, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why do you say that?
My account was blocked, and after looking into it online, it seems like once that happens, there’s almost no chance of getting it reopened. I had funds in there and just want to get them back. Payoneer makes it really hard.
If your payments are linked to Ukraine, Russia, or other flagged regions, that might be why Payoneer is holding your funds. They’ve been stricter about transactions in certain areas.
