Is it always the same payee, or have multiple payments not gone through? One common reason for bill pay issues is that the payee’s info has changed, like a new account number or a different mailing address.
Have you checked if the payment is going to the right account? Some banks have multiple listings for the same payee. For example, my bank has different options for Bank of America credit cards, and sending it to the wrong one can delay or even lose the payment.
