I tried to connect into my app as usual yesterday morning, but it kept saying “we are not able to finish your sign on request.”
Advice of any sort? I deleted my cache, and since my phone was unaffected and I had high-speed WiFi, I do not think the mobile failures had any effect at all.

If you’re having issues with the Wells Fargo app and have already cleared your cache, I’ve been there too. Try updating or reinstalling the app, and restarting your phone. Check Wells Fargo’s website or social media for any outage updates. If it still doesn’t work, give their customer support a call, they’ve been pretty helpful when I’ve needed them.
I’m having this same issue now. Can log in to the Wells Fargo website but suddenly can’t log in to the app. Same error. Found there was an app update and installed it, no change. Cleared the cache and then the data, no change. Not sure what’s going on, but this is super annoying.
