Hello folks…
I got a scholarship from my school that gets sent to my bank account via ACH. I received an email about a month ago stating that the ACH transfer had started, but it still hasn’t posted to my account. I contacted my bank via phone call and they said they haven’t even seen it yet. I also contacted my school, and they said the EFT cleared on their end.
I’ve gotten ACH transfers from my school before using the exact same banking info without any issues, but I’m really starting to worry because I need the money urgently.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? What should I do next? Thanks in advance…

With the cashback bank account, it’s the same thing. You have to plan and time the move of funds so much that it’s not worth the trouble. The account is being closed.

If your ACH transfer hasn’t posted despite your school confirming it cleared on their end and your bank not seeing it yet, double-check that your banking details are correct. Request a transaction reference number from your school and ask your bank to trace the transfer using that information. Sometimes there can be delays in the ACH network itself, so inquire with your bank about any status updates from the clearinghouse. Keep detailed records of all communications and, if necessary, escalate the issue within your bank or file a formal complaint. Taking these steps should help you locate the missing funds and resolve the issue.

If an ACH transfer is taking almost a month, contact your bank or the initiating party to investigate. Ensure all details are correct and check for any potential delays or processing issues.
